Establishing a high level of awareness and discipline amongst Redco International multi-national and multi-cultural personnel on HSE matters, demands special communication skills, clear and user friendly documentation coupled with close monitoring and control.

Redco International’s ability to fulfill its contractual obligations towards its clients and to maintain a healthy and safe working environment for its personnel and visitors, has gained recognition from clients and authorities over the years.

Redco International’s HSE Management together with a team of Safety Officers, exercise general control over the implementation of the HSE system and are responsible for preparing and updating HSE documentation. Furthermore, HSE personnel have full authority to report all non compliances to the highest management level should the need arise. Non compliances are subject to serious disciplinary action.

It is also customary at Redco International projects generally to have professional medical services available on site. These services include an equipped medical centre staffed by a doctor(s), nurse(s) and ambulance(s) as required.

Redco international's policy is to encourage benchmarking and HSE improvement proposals by its personnel during periodic safety meetings and toolbox talks. Redco international complies with the HSE laws and regulations in the State of Qatar.
